The final day to place photo orders or use your print credit through the online store or to place an order for albums is JUNE 30, 2011. We will be closing bank accounts, websites, etc in the coming months after that and want to have all lose ends tied up.

NOTE: For those whose wedding is/was in 2011, this does not apply to you. We will give you the six months after your wedding for you and your family to place orders as your contract states.

This season is very special to us and we are looking forward to a much needed break over the next couple of weeks.

I feel this is what is best for my family at this stage in my life (and my children’s lives). I have loved capturing your memories for the last few years and will miss getting to meet so many wonderful brides. I could write a long drawn out post about how special this time has been for me, but I’ll save you all the gush.

If you reached my page in search of a wedding photographer, I can refer you to a couple of great photographers in the area.

As you can tell in these photos, Leigh Ann is about to have another baby..and a baby GIRL at that! Like seriously, within the next 3 weeks I will have a niece!! I’m so excited! We threw her a baby shower in September, so while they were in town we headed to downtown Bryan for a quick family shoot. And when I say quick I mean REALLY quick. Partly because a 2 year old will only last so long, but partly because it started raining. So we worked fast. And for only having 30 minutes, I think we did great!!

ps..If you didn’t know..Brent is Matt’s brother and Leigh Ann is his wife. In case you were needing the relation.

Left: Brent and Leigh Ann discovered once that the only way to get him to smile in pictures was to let him run through puddles. We took like 100 shots trying to get a smile..and although he was enjoying himself, still no real smile. He’s too focused on his task!

Well, we’ve pretty much given up on getting the pay pal issue resolved right now. Its taking more energy than I have to put into it. But we don’t want that to hinder our brides and friends and family of brides from ordering photos. So below you will find the details of how to either 1)redeem your print credit. or 2) place photo orders.

For Brides who need to redeem credit:
1) Make sure you have account with a print credit set up. If you do not, please email me and I will set it up for you. When you log in to your account, you should see how much credit you have remaining.
2) Add whatever prints you want to your shopping cart and check out.
3) That’s it! Since you have a credit, there is no need for paypal to be involved. I will be alerted of your order and will have it sent to you.
4) If you order a lot of prints and go over your print credit, it will show you the remaining balance. Please email me and let me know. You can mail a check for the difference.

To those who just want to purchase photos:
1) I am not able to accept credit cards at this time…only checks.
2) After you place your order, the shopping cart should now only allow you to mail a check as payment.
3) Once I am alerted of your order, I will email you to let you know the mailing address.
4) Once I receive the check, I will have the order sent to you.

Thank you all again for being so patient during all of this. I’m sorry that it took this long for us to be able to get it to work even this much.

I have FINALLY this week been able to start editing photos again. So it won’t be much longer, brides. I promise. Thank you all again for being so understanding and patient. What would I do without such sweet ladies!

Also, Please DO NOT place any photo orders. My paypal account was comprimsed as well. These guys are good. I am actually probably going to close the store for now so that no purchases can be made. You will still be able to view your photos. I am working on getting this resolved as quickly as possible so we can get back up and running.

This was our first time to shoot a wedding at 7F Lodge. And I was highly impressed. The wedding chapel provided such a cute and unique backdrop for photos and the ceremony. And Jack and Amanda were the perfect couple for this little oasis in the country. She wore cowboy boots with her absolutely GORGEOUS dress. It was one of my all time favorite dresses for sure. I met Amanda at the bridal show last fall. She came right up to me and said “I’ve been looking for you. I found you online and new I wanted to find you here and hire you.” I love people like her! We were supposed to shoot engagements, but they have a really busy schedule with nursing school and his job so it never worked out. Now that I’ve shot their wedding, I’m disappointed we didn’t get to shoot the engagements bc they would have been so awesome to photograph!
