Blue & White
December 5, 2013 - The day after a storm dropped twelve inches of snow I was hiking some trails in West Vail and looking for a scene to shoot against the bluest skies I've laid my eyes on. Then I came across this scene - the unmistakable white bark and markings of Aspen trees growing on the slope of a hill covered with a fresh blanket of snow contrast against the brilliant blue skies. Too beautiful to ignore.
