Peaceful Thoughts
July 8, 2015 - While taking an easy dayhike to one of the many lakes, I came upon this footbridge across a cascading stream. The multiple colors in the various rocks coupled with the mid afternoon shadows created a peaceful atmosphere. As I relaxed on the rocks I thought of ways to capture this scene and went about setting up to photograph this place as I imagined it. After a few adjustments, I had the camera settings needed to capture the perfect image for this cascade.
