Turquoise Waters

July 3, 2015 - Lake Francis in Glacier National park is absolutely stunning! The lake is feed from the melting Dixon Glacier (Dixon Falls is equally stunning) and the water has a beautiful turquoise color when illuminated by sunlight. With views of the 8,000 foot plus peaks of Porcupine Ridge in the foreground and Citagel Peaks in the distance, it is a great place to relax, go for a swim, and if the conditions are right, capture a great picture.
